 Private PartiesAlexander Valley Vineyards is taking a sabbatical from private events, but keep checking our website for updates. Alexander Valley Vineyards, a family-owned winery in the gorgeous Alexander Valley, offers ideal settings for private events. Here on the Wetzel Family Estate, any celebration—whether a meeting, holiday party, retreat, rehearsal dinner, or even just a private lunch or dinner with friends—will be designed specifically for you by our Hospitality Director Toni Echols, and Culinary Director Jeff Young. Working together, they will create a custom event that includes specialty linens, beautiful floral arrangements, and a customized menu that not only incorporates fresh seasonal ingredients from our abundant gardens, but is also suited to the occasion, the selection of wines, and your own tastes. Your gathering can be held within an original adobe, built in 1842 by the namesake of the valley, Cyrus Alexander, or on a private patio amongst towering redwoods and Maggie Wetzel’s luscious gardens. If you’re interested in a big bash (up to 200 guests), we’ll tent the area just outside our tasting room for a grand event surrounded by olive trees, the working winery, and the cool barrel cave. For a more casual event, we have picnic grounds overlooking the Alexander Valley that can seat up to 200 people.
Menus are created to reflect the season and what the estate gardens can provide. All meals include artisan breads and Alexander Valley Vineyards own extra virgin olive oil.
