Five Spice Marinated Baby Back Ribs

½ cup soy sauce
2 tablespoon fish sauce
1 tablespoon five spice powder
2 tablespoons sesame oil
½ cup sugar
6 garlic cloves, minced
1 cup water
2 tablespoons oyster sauce
1 tablespoon Thai red curry paste
¼ cup honey
¼ cup molasses
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 3-pound rack of baby back pork ribs
Mix all ingredients well and pour over ribs, refrigerate overnight.
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Remove ribs from marinade, place on a foil
lined sheet pan and cook ribs for 1 ½ hours, basting every ½ hour.
