Topped with my Grandmother Susie’s dressing and served with a glass of our Rosé it is the perfect way to celebrate Spring!” – Hank Wetzel, Family Partner – Serves 3 to 5 – Ingredients: 2/3 cup AVV olive oil 1/3 cup red wine vinegar 1 tsp. dry mustard 1 tsp. sugar 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. pepper Method of Preparation: Combine all ingredients in a glass jar with a resealable lid. Shake well, then add to salad. Note: Dijon mustard can be substituted for the dry mustard, white wine vinegar for the red wine vinegar and add a dash of Worcestershire sauce if desired.
