World’s Best Salad Dressing

– Serves 3 to 5 –

²⁄³ cup AVV olive oil
¹⁄³ cup red wine vinegar
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper

Method of Preparation:
Combine all ingredients in a glass jar with a resealable lid. Shake well, then add to salad.

Note: Dijon mustard can be substituted for the dry mustard, white wine vinegar for the red wine vinegar and add a dash of Worcestershire sauce if desired.
