Immersive Cave Tour & Tasting Experience Experience an exclusive wine cave tour and tasting in Sonoma’s largest underground wine cave, where you’ll have the opportunity to taste wine straight from the barrel. Discover the rich history of the valley’s namesake, Cyrus Alexander, along with the pioneering Wetzel family, who helped shape winemaking in the Alexander Valley. As you’re guided through the cave, you’ll taste five unique AVV wines, while learning about our winemaking process, the construction of the cave, and life on our working farm. This 90-minute one-of-a-kind experience is offered on Saturdays and Sundays at 1pm. Space is limited and advanced reservations are required. After the hike, relax and enjoy the views with a wine-country boxed lunch. This is an easy walking tour, but there are hills and dirt trails. Hikes are available weather permitting; call to confirm.
